Tara Behbahani has been learning painting with her father, who himself is one of the famous contemporary artists, Taha Behbahani, since early childhood.
She has been participated in several exhibitions in Iran and abroad. She has merged the Iranian artistic motifs in the form of abstract and has presented the new fantastic method. Beside the paintings, Tara has studied Art and Mathematics alongside each other and this has led to research and write in the subjects of Islamic and eastern art in various articles and magazines. She also attended in various conferences and biennales as researcher and speaker. For the past 12 years she has been teaching painting to youth and children, nurturing and training their sense of creativity.
